Welcome to NotaPrax.
NotaPrax is a practice management platform designed to help therapists spend less time on administration and more time with their patients.
By creating an account or using NotaPrax, you agree to these Terms of Service.
NotaPrax provides tools for managing appointments, patient information, invoices, payments, statements, financial records, and other practice administration tasks.
NotaPrax is an administrative platform. It does not provide medical advice, make clinical decisions, or replace professional judgment.
We may improve, update, or modify our services as the platform develops.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activities carried out through your account.
You must ensure that anyone you authorize to access your practice account has the appropriate permission to view and manage its information.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
NotaPrax offers eligible new customers a 7-day free trial.
You must provide a valid payment method when registering.
No subscription fee will be charged during the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Your subscription price, included features, and applicable limits will be displayed before checkout.
NotaPrax uses secure third-party payment providers to process subscription payments.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to your subscription plan.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.
If a payment fails, we may temporarily restrict access after providing appropriate notice.
We may change subscription prices by providing reasonable advance notice and any additional rights required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available account or billing management options.
Canceling during your free trial prevents the first subscription charge.
If you cancel a paid subscription, your subscription will not renew. You will normally retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.
Canceling does not automatically delete your practice or patient records.
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You retain ownership and control of the patient and practice information you enter into NotaPrax.
